At gaassis ahmed ("gaassis ahmed", "we", "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and why, how we use and share it, your choices and rights, and how you can contact us.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to our mobile games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, when required, request your consent again.
2. What We Do Not Collect or Request
- Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not ask you to provide your name, email, postal address, or payment/banking details in our games. If you contact us (e.g., support email), we process the data you send us solely to handle that request.
- Precise Location: We do not collect precise GPS location. Some partners may infer approximate location from your IP address to comply with laws, fight fraud, or measure ads (see Partners below).
- Device Permissions: Our games do not request camera, microphone, or contacts access. If a future feature needs a permission, we'll ask first and process only what's required for that feature.
3. Information We Collect
To operate and improve the Services, we may collect the following:
- Gameplay & App Data: progress, scores, achievements, session length, features used, items/purchases (virtual or real), basic diagnostics and crash logs.
- Device & Technical: device model, OS version, language, timezone, IP address (used e.g., for fraud prevention and approximate region), app version, performance data.
- Identifiers: platform/device identifiers such as Advertising IDs (e.g., Apple IDFA subject to App Tracking Transparency; Google Advertising ID/AAID), and other app/platform IDs.
- Support Communications: if you email us, we process your email address and the content you provide for support purposes.
4. How We Use Information & Legal Bases
We use the data above to:
- Provide and maintain the Services, including gameplay, save/progress features, and app stability. Legal basis: contract/performance of services.
- Improve and personalize experiences, balance games, and develop new features. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Analytics and measurement (e.g., aggregate usage, funnel analysis, crash detection). Legal basis: legitimate interests or consent where required.
- Security and fraud prevention (e.g., abuse, cheating, invalid traffic). Legal basis: legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- Advertising (including contextual or personalized where permitted): to show ads, cap frequency, and measure performance. We only use Advertising IDs for personalized ads with your consent where required by law (e.g., iOS ATT, EEA/UK). Legal basis: consent and/or legitimate interests as permitted.
5. When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data for money. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers/Processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under contracts that restrict use to our instructions.
- Advertising/monetization partners to show and measure ads (see Partners).
- Legal and safety reasons (e.g., comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights/safety, or in a merger/acquisition).
- Social/log-in platforms if you choose to link or use their features (we receive only the info the platform provides to us, per their policies).
6. Your Choices
- Advertising choices:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (deny tracking per app). You can also reset your Advertising Identifier.
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads (Delete/Reset Advertising ID; opt out of ads personalization).
- Analytics/consent banners (where applicable): in regions requiring consent, you'll see prompts to accept/decline certain data uses.
7. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, then delete or anonymize it. Unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., to establish or defend legal claims), we aim to delete/anonymize gameplay/identifier data no later than 3 years after your last interaction with our Services. Aggregated data may be kept longer.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risks (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit where feasible). No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our safeguards.
9. Exercising Your Rights
Email gaassistamoula@gmail.com with your request. For verification (since we don't maintain player accounts), we may ask for limited information such as your device type, game name, and, where available, your Advertising ID. If we cannot reasonably verify you, we may be unable to fulfill certain requests.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services and/or required consent prompts.
